Mark Whatley, Solicitor and Director
Mark Whatley is a Solicitor and the sole Director of MW Legal.
Initially working in a full-service high street law firm in the North East, Mark moved to London to be the in-house Head of Legal at an international construction company.
Having experienced the life as an employee and a board member, Mark has navigated complex employment issues from business restructuring to redundancy from both sides.
Further, As a Royal Navy officer, Mark specialised in HR and the management of disciplinary and grievance matters, which has helped him advise clients, with both the business and the employee in mind.
